In response to a survey conducted at the end of last year, PC is making a concerted effort to change up some of its events to appeal to a broader audience and enhance participation and community-building.

Hay Fair- Suzanne Zelov & Kristin Nevins, Co-Chairs

We are excited to announce a new community-building event for all Agnes Irwin families, faculty and staff on November 6th from 3-7pm (rain or shine) in the Student Life Center. Hay Fair will be the kick-off event for AlS-EA Day Spirit Week and will include family-friendly activities such as AIS cornhole; a faculty/staff dunktank;square-dancing to live music; or riding

a mechanical bull.  A Silent Auction and authentic BBQ dinner are not to be missed! Reservation

forms are being distributed  via class parents, along with opportunities to donate and/or volunteer.  If you have additional questions, please contact Cathy Ferguson in the Development Office (cferguson@agnesirwin.org).

Grab some friends and enjoy a fun night of shopping in Eagle Village on Wednesday, November

16th. Kick off the evening with wine and hors d'oeuvres in the Barn at Valley Forge Flowers and then enjoy 20% off at all participating shops. Fulfill your holiday shopping needs in a way that raises money for the school!  All are welcome!!

 

RenAISsance Store - Alison Hastings for Catherine Twitmyer,Store Coordinator

The RenAISsance sale allows parents to purchase pre-owned school uniforms and discontinued spirit gear at drastically-reduced prices. Starting Monday, October 17th, the RenAISsance  STORE will be permanently located at 672 Conestoga Road. The year-round store will be open from

8:15-9:30am on the FIRST and THIRD Mondays and Fridays ofthe month, as well as the THIRD Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8pm.

The RenAISsance store will sell kilts,tunics, shirts and gym shorts, as well as other apparel previously offered at the school store. Over time, we hope to offer an assortment of gently­ used dresses appropriate for Prom,Cotillion, Mitzvahs or May Fair!

Donations will be accepted year-round and may be left with Cathy Ferguson in the

Development Office at 672 Conestoga Road.

The store will be open on the regularly scheduled dates/times below, or by appointment  via Cathy Ferguson (cferguson@agnesirwin.org) or Catherine Twitmyer (cbtwitmyer@gmail.com). Volunteers are needed to fill these shifts.
