Dr. Hill issued a letter to address the community’s angst following the Presidential Election
76% of the student body voted for Hillary Rodham Clinton in the mock election and expressed
disappointment and fear regarding Donald Trump’s win

Lower School—Beth Yocum, LS Coordinator
AIS-EA Day will be considered a regular school day.
LS girls will enjoy a pizza lunch at 11:30am in the Student Life Center and will then break into small, chaperoned groups to cheer on the cross-country, tennis and field hockey teams. The girls will then be escorted back to the LS for regular carline dismissal starting at 2:30pm. Contact Carol Hillman (chillman@agnesirwin.org) if you can volunteer as a chaperone.

20% discount at most Eagle Village shops, as well Deconstructed Living, Louella, Main
Point Books, Rhoads Crossing and Wayne Sporting Goods in Wayne Village.

AIS-ON continues to be a work in progress but PC is working with the school to get ALL information on one page. In the meantime, parents much be diligent about reading all emails and frequently visiting the website. Make it a weekly habit to check AIS-ON!!
Discussion regarding email and PC meeting minute effectiveness
Parents’ Council is aggressively increasing its social media presence, as there is a direct correlation between social media posts and parent participation. Encourage people to like pages and track events on the social media site of their choice…but please be wary of the public nature of social media!
