School Schedules on AIS/EA Day: November 11

Upper School Information

Upper School students have early dismissal at Noon on Friday, November 11. Lunch will be available for purchase in the Owl Cafe, or students may choose to bring lunch.

Please note the options for dismissal at Noon:

· Students may take shuttle bus transportation fromAIStoEA

· Students may get picked up by a parent

· Students may take their own transportation toEA

School district buses will run as regularly scheduled, and students who plan to attendAIS/EADaywill need to return toAISby shuttle in time to take their bus. Students taking public transportation will be notified of times for shuttles fromAISto the train station. Suzanne Hall will confirm times with students and parents.

If your student is not planning to attendAIS/EADayatEAand is not getting picked up at noon, they will be assigned to a space on campus until pick up at 3:30 p.m. Please note that there are no afternoon classes or activities atAIS.

Middle School Information

MS students are dismissed at noon on Friday, November 11. At dismissal, students will have the option to i) be picked up in carline at Dorrance Entrance, ii) take a shuttle toEAto attend the athletic events, or iii) stay atAISfor a supervised study hall until 3:30pm. Although there will be faculty/staff atEAduring the event, there will not be formal supervision or chaperone groups. School district buses will be running at regular dismissal time. One shuttle back fromEAwill be provided at 2:45 p.m. for middle school students who ride the school district bus or who wish to be picked up by a parent atAIS. 4:00 Study will not be held on November 11.

MS lunch will be served on Friday, Nov 11th. Students can either bring their own lunch or purchase food from the Owl Cafe. It is recommended that students who bring lunch do so in a disposable lunch bag.

All Middle School Families are required to complete theAIS/EADayMS Permission Form viaAIS-On. The form must be completed by Friday, November 4.

Lower School Information

The Lower School will operate on its normal schedule on Friday, November 11; After Session will not be held on thisday. If you would like to take your daughter to the competitions in the afternoon, you may pick her up from the Lower School at 11 a.m.All children need to be picked up by 3:30 p.m. or take their School District bus at regular dismissal time. This will be a Spirit Dressday: blue and gold spirit gear - uniforms are not required. Culinart lunch service will be available as usual.
