Dear Parents of the Class of 2020,

 

Hope this email finds you well and you are enjoying the last weeks of summer!

We wanted to let you know of some key dates and give you a couple of reminders.

 

If you have not already done so, please log on to AIS-ON, our internal communication system, and update personal information, sign up for alerts and complete outstanding forms.  A full year comprehensive calendar is available for future planning, downloading, and modifying.  Please take a moment to get familiar with it. While overwhelming at first, it is a great resource for parents.  

 

 

Pre-season sports start Monday, August 19th.  Updates for game schedules are found on the athletics calendar on the website, not the internal calendar on AIS-ON.  If your daughter is competing on a team, please go to the athletic calendar to download the schedule and sign up for alerts.

 

Also, welcome back to Anna Bottinwho is returning to AIS this year!

9/3 (Tues) - Orientation for all 12th grade students. 9am till Noon

9/4 (Wed) – First day of Classes,

9/11-(Wed), US Informational Coffee, 672 Conestoga Road, 8:15am

9/12-(Thurs), US Parents’ Night, 7:00pm

 

9/19- (Thurs), Picture day

9/22- (Sun), Founder’s Day Convocation

9/30- (Mon), Rosh Hashanah, NO CLASSES

10/19- (Sat),AIS Class of 2020 Parents’ Cocktail Party,hosted by Kimberly and Sean McCarthy- Details and invitation to follow shortly.
