2017 AIS May Fair Parking Information
As with previous years, there will be no parking on site at Agnes Irwin for May Fair apart from parking necessary for May Fair volunteers in charge of set-up/booths. These volunteers will have volunteer parking passes. There will also be handicap parking passes available (see below).
Parking and shuttle service for May Fair will be at the Willows Park in Villanova.
Due to a graduation and new parking configurations, we are unable to utilize the Villanova University parking lots closer to the school. We have arranged for 3 shuttle busses to run between Agnes Irwin and The WIllows. Agnes Irwin is about a 10-minute shuttle ride from the Willows Park. Three shuttles will run simultaneously to reduce wait time.

There are two parking lots at the Willows. Within each lot, we will have a tent where
you can go to wait for and board the shuttles.

9:30 AM - Shuttles will start *
2:45 PM – Shuttle service ends
Shuttle Frequency:
3 shuttles will run continuously until 12 PM, after which we will have 2 shuttles available until 2:45 PM to take people back to the Willows Park.
IMPORTANT: Handicap Parking and Drop-Off at Agnes Irwin
For those who require handicap parking on site at Agnes Irwin or who would like to drop-off an elderly parent/guest, a May Fair handicap parking pass or “drop-off” pass will be needed to access the Agnes Irwin Lower School campus and handicap parking. These passes can be ordered (at no cost) through the May Fair event link within the AIS-On Parents Council page. It will help us to know the number of handicap spots required as spaces are limited and we will need to reserve them in advance.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD
We recommend arrival at the Willows Parking lot NO LATER than 10:30 AM to ensure that you do not miss the
Lower School dances. While we will have three shuttles running to keep wait times to a minimum, you may have
to wait 10 minutes for a shuttle to return. Some booths will be open early and we will have donuts and coffee available for sale to all “Early Birds.”
