2017 Handicap Parking
and
Drop – Off Pass Information
As with previous years, there will be no parking on site at Agnes Irwin for May Fair apart from parking necessary for May Fair set-up volunteers and the committee in charge of set-up/booths. This is due to MS/US is in session and the staff and students need their parking. We also need to reserve spaces for set-up of May Fair. More importantly, it is also for the safety of the children and guests who will be walking all over the Lower School grounds.
Security will not be able to allow cars to enter the Lower School grounds unless they have one of the parking passes below. We encourage everyone to try to park at the Willows as we are going to great lengths to ensure timely shuttle service which will make it easier for all guests.
Handicap Parking Pass:
If you have a handicap designation or require handicap parking for an elderly relative to enable them to attend May Fair, then you can sign up for a handicap parking pass. Due to the limited number of spaces, we ask everyone to please be respectful of those who truly need handicap parking and not sign up for one just to get a closer spot. There is no cost for this pass but only one handicap parking pass can be requested.
Drop-Off Pass:
If you need to drop-off grandparents or other relatives at May Fair, then a drop-off pass will be needed. There is no cost for this pass but only one drop-off pass can be requested.
