Winterfest Meeting Minutes

                                This meeting will be a Winterfest Stuffing Event

Introductions were made by everyone in attendance

Co-Chairs: Wendi Platt and Sabina Bokhari

Wendi and Sabina presented this year’s Winterfest theme: Winterfest Roaring 20’s Event. The event will include silent and live auction as well as gambling.

The color scheme is Red, Black and White.

Committee Reports

• Program Book – Danielle Steinberg: Danielle reports that the Program book is now going to be called the Winterfest Memory Book. She hopes to increase the number of candid photos and make it a book that families will look at through out the year. She has a few volunteers for this committee but can use additional help. Volunteers are needed to make follow up phone calls and do data entry.
• Sponsors – C.T. Thompson will lead this committee. If you know any potential business sponsors please contact C.T. directly.
• Auction – Shari Noteware, Wendi Platt and Sabina Bokhari are working on live items as well as brainstorming on silent, super silent and teacher donations. If you have any ideas please contact them directly. They are currently looking for help soliciting items and with silent auction table set up the day before the auction. Please contact them if you would like to be on this sub-committee.
• Decorations – Lin Buck and Cathy Ferguson have a few parents interested in participating on this committee. They will need volunteers to help make decorations as well help with set up the day before Winterfest. Please contact them if this committee interests you.
• Wine Wall – Kristin Nevins will organize the wine wall this year.
