Updated Auction Information

We are trying something new this year, a hybrid auction that will allow everyone to bid on the auction items. The auction is now open and will remain open until the auctioneer accepts the final bid on each item on Friday evening.  Guests at the event and parents at home will use their phones to place bids. The event will be live streamed on zoom so that all guests can see where the bidding stands and when the item is sold. Please use the links above to bid and watch. The live auction, shared through zoom, is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm.

Join us for a Roaring Twenties themed RaisE on Friday, April 22nd under the tent at our beautiful 672 Conestoga Road property! RaisE is Parents' Council's largest fundraiser of the year and an event you don't want to miss. Plan on arriving at 6:30 p.m. for cocktails. Dinner stations, entertainment, music by D.J. Howard, a live auction, and paddle raise will follow. 

This evening's entertainment includes Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Poker. The tables will have a $5.00 minimum bet and a $500 maximum bet. Chips will be exchanged for raffle tickets. No chips will be exchanged for cash. The exchange rate is one raffle ticket for $25 in chips. Raffle tickets can be used to win fabulous prizes curated for RaisE.

Chips purchased in advance are discounted. Click on the registration tab to pre-purchase chips or raffle tickets. Chips will also be sold at the event at face value.
