Quick updates
DEI – PC has been taking a look at our efforts. Taking this year to expand our efforts, to make PC events as inclusive as possible. Establishing a PC DEI committee, chaired by 5th grade mom Donna Lee. Donna and her committee – comprised of members from each division, to work with PC Prez and PCEC to make sure our initiatives reach the entire student and family body. Invite all of you to participate if you are interested. IF you are interested in being a part of this – please send her an email. Really trying to get an idea of who is interested in helping us. Helping us to structure this as we go. Ground floor of a new initiative. Please reach out with any questions or if you want to nominate yourself.
Virtual PC meetings this year, seems to be working well. Highlight the schedule – regular PC meeting 11/11. Reminders coming a few days before. No pc meeting in December. We will have pc class coffees in January. Dates will be shared by cparents and on ais on pc tab. After January, back to regular schedule of second Thursday of each month. Meeting are at 9 am.
Questions in chat box as we go. Meeting times are at morning hours for now, recording and minutes posted if you can’t make mornings. Will there be zoom option for future in person meetings – not sure.
