Agnes Irwin School’s
Parents’ Council
All parents and guardians are automatically members of our Parents’ Council. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to fostering positive school spirit and supporting The Agnes Irwin School through fundraising activities and a variety of social events. We invite all of you to join in the many volunteer opportunities, large and small, to help, serve or provide support for the faculty, the community and our daughters.
We organize and host a variety of events through out the year. You are invited to sign up to help organize, run or plan any of these events and more! All of the funds raised at these events go directly back to our girls.
Parents' Council is ably led by an 11-member Executive Committee. The committee is a wonderful group of dedicated parents who serve the AIS community by overseeing our many fundraising events and grade-level activities. We on the Executive Committee are always available to you and look forward to meeting you at our monthly Parents’ Council meetings. This year our meetings will be held at 672 Conestoga Road on October 19th, November 7th. February 13th, March 5th and April 9th.

MayFair: Friday, May 22nd

Following these dances the girls change into free dress and enjoy a fair organized and run by Parents’ Council. The fair includes games, food, crafts, face painting and a photo booth. Although this is a day for the Lower School girls the Middle and Upper School girls love to attend the fair during their lunch periods. We have plenty of volunteer opportunities for parents who want to volunteer during the day as well for parents who can give us some of their time in the evenings or on weekends. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer please contact Ali Glickman.
