May Fair

Friday, May 19th

11:00 AM - 2:15 PM

The day begins at 11:00 AM with each grade in Lower School performing a dance around the Maypole. All Lower School Parents, Grandparents, and friends are encouraged to attend this Agnes Irwin tradition. Following these dances the girls change into free dress and enjoy a fair organized and run by the Parents' Council. The fair includes games, food, crafts, a petting zoo, and a photo booth.  Although this is a day for the Lower School girls, the Middle and Upper School girls love to attend the fair during their lunch periods.  We have plenty of volunteer opportunities for parents who want to volunteer during the day as well for parents who can give us some of their time in the evenings or on weekends.

Handicap Parking

For those of you who require handicap parking on site at AIS a Mayfair handicap parking pass will be needed.  These passes can be ordered (at no cost) through the May Fair event link within the AIS-On Parents Council page.  It will help us to know the number of handicap spots required in advance as spaces are limited and we will need to reserve them in advance.

Pre-Sales and a la cart options

All pre-orders must be received by Friday, May 12th

You can pre-purchase all inclusive bands, Jules pizza, slime, and raffle tickets using the link above. By doing this everything will be ready and waiting for you at the registration table the morning of May Fair. This year the all inclusive bands include Zesto pizza, soft pretzels, one box for the candy bar, one lemon stick, the bounce houses, the petting zoo, games, photo booth, and a tie dye craft.

We will be offering a variety of pre-order individual Jules pizzas. You will not be able to purchase these pizzas at May Fair. We are only able to accomodate pre-orders.

Middle and Upper School girls might want to consider an all inclusive band that includes Zesto pizza, soft pretzels, a box for the candy bar, one lemon stick, and the photo booth.
