May Fair is just around the corner and the excitement is building!

The May Fair Committee has been hard at work organizing an exciting day for the girls! Dances begin at 11 a.m. followed by lunch, fun activities and shopping opportunities. The day concludes at 2 p.m. with the traditional raffle drawings, which the girls have come to enjoy almost as much as the dances! 

Because there is no parking on campus for May Fair we will have shuttle busses running from the Villanova South Dorm parking lot to the entrance to the Lower School.

The shuttles will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

We wanted to bring a few changes to May Fair to your attention. This year we have replaced the American Girl booth with the "Play it Again" booth.  Please donate your gently used sports equipment to this booth. Donations are being accepted at the US/MS front desk by Linda Janelli.

The second change is that we will be having a special raffle for the signed mat and framed photograph of the 4th grade class. You can purchase these special raffle tickets in advance by clicking on the pre-order tab at the top of this page, ordering through the form sent home in your daughter's book bag or the day of the event at the ticket table.

To make the day run smoothly, all-inclusive wristbands and raffle tickets can be pre-purchased through this web site or by filling out the pre-order forms that were sent home in your daughter's book bag. 

This year we are again selling all inclusive bands, food bands, activity bands and sibling bands.  These bands will simplify your day.  But, if you choose not to purchase a band we will be selling this same food ala carte the day of May Fair.  

The inclusive band will give your daughter unlimited access to pizza, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, games and the moon bounces.

The May Fair Committee is currently accepting donations for the raffle! Please click on the wish list tab at the top of this page for additional information.

This year’s unique AIS May Fair items are now available for pre-order. We are selling AIS blankets with a water resistant backing that would be perfect for athletic events and Agnes Irwin themed headbands. 

Click on the pre-order tab on the top of this page to purchase your bands, raffle tickets and pre-order merchandise.
