YOU CAN MAKE A RESERVATION TO ATTEND THIS EVENT THRU MIDNIGHT SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 6!
We are excited to announce a new event for all Agnes Irwin families, faculty and staff – HAY FAIR – to be held on Sunday, November 6th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the Student Life Center and Hamilton Courtyard. HAY FAIR is one of many exciting changes that Parents’ Council has in the works to be held in lieu of Winterfest, our traditional late winter/early spring fundraiser.
HAY FAIR will be the kick-off event for AIS/EA Day Spirit Week and will include free family-friendly activities, a silent auction and an authentic BBQ dinner (cost-per-person). It is our hope that by removing the cost of general attendance we will enjoy greater family participation!
The event itself is free and open to the entire community. Many of the activities like square dancing, corn hole and pumpkin ring toss will be free of charge and some will have a cost associated with them like the buffet dinner, the mechanical bull and the dunk tank.
It is important that every family attending this event make a reservation even if they are not purchasing dinner. We need an accurate count so that we can staff the event and activities appropriately.

If you have an item you would like to donate to the silent auction please click on the item donation button above. We are looking for concert tickets, sporting event tickets, jewelry, vacation home and more! No donation is too small or too large!
