We are excited to announce that our third annual HAY FAIR will be held on Friday, November 2nd from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. on the Lower School field.
HAY FAIR is the kick-off event for AIS/EA Day Spirit Week and will include free family-friendly activities, a silent auction and an authentic BBQ dinner (cost-per-person).
The event is open to the entire community. Many of the activities like square dancing, corn hole and pumpkin ring toss will be free of charge and some will have a cost associated with them like the buffet dinner, and special attractions!
In order for us to staff the event and activities appropriately, it is important that every family attending this event make a reservation even if they are not purchasing dinner. Make your reservations early. Last year we sold out of dinner tickets !!!!

If you have an item you would like to donate to the silent auction please click on the item donation button above. We are looking for concert tickets, sporting event tickets, jewelry, vacation home and more! No donation is too small or too large!
