Welcome to this year's major fundraiser,Winterfest 2012 - Off to the Races, to be held at Overbrook Golf Club on March 10, 2012. The success of this event depends on the many talents and resources of our Agnes Irwin families, alumnae, staff, and extended community.  There are many ways you can help ensure the success of Winterfest, the Agnes Irwin Parents' Council's largest fundraiser of the year.

• Become a Sponsor -  Market your business or show your family's support by sponsoring Winterfest.  Your family and/or your business will be listed on the invitation, the event website, in the auction booklet, and on signage throughout the event. • Plan to be there and bring your friends! Mark your calendar now to be at Overbrook Golf Club on March 10, 2012 in your best Derby attire. Come and sip mint juleps, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and browse a fabulous selection of Silent Auction items. • Make a Donation! Do you have a vacation home, know a famous athlete for a meet and greet, or are you willing to donate a business service, a restaurant or store gift certificate? Print a copy of the Donation Form HERE

• Contribute to the Parents’ Council’s SMART Board* Fund.  The school’s Technology Department has identified requests for twelve SMART Boards with projectors (eight in Middle and Upper Schools, and four in Lower School).  The cost of installing one SMART Board is $5,700. We need your help! All amounts are welcomed and very appreciated!  And yes, your contribution is 100% deductable!     

• Place an ad or sponsor a picture in the Program Book. We are looking for sponsors for the team pictures, class pictures and student organizations. Click HERE to print the form                             

*A SMART Board is an interactive, electronic classroom tool combining the simplicity of a whiteboard with the power of a computer.  It uses touch detection for user input and provides many resource options for teachers for delivery of dynamic lessons, making teaching and learning more engaging
