Rain Contingency Plans

MAYFAIR WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE!  In the unlikely event of rain, the Lower School Dances will move to the Laura Thomas Buck ’49 Pavilion.  The Mayfair celebration will follow in the Upper School Gym.

2019 May Fair Parking Information

This year, in lieu of shuttle buses we will have Valet Parking available for parents and guests attending Mayfair.  Valet service will begin at 10 AM and will end at approximately 2:30 PM.

Handicap Parking and Drop- off at Agnes Irwin

For those of you who require handicap parking on site at AIS a Mayfair handicap parking pass will be needed.  These passes can be ordered (at no cost) through the Mayfair event link within the AIS-On Parents Council page.  It will help us to know the number of handicap spots required in advance as spaces are limited and we will need to reserve them in advance.
